Epistles is an independent Catholic blog dedicated to promoting a balanced Catholic position and sharing reflections on the faith and the Church. It is a personal apostolate maintained without sponsorship or regular funding.
Epistles’ website fees are due this month. The website is gradually outgrowing the limits of its current (cheapest) hosting package, so I need to raise at least US$115 to cover the renewal and upgrade fees. Any excess will go to The Sisters of Mary School, also known as World Villages for Children, founded by Venerable Aloysius Schwartz, where poor high school students study and live for free while being formed in Catholic values. Bishop Joseph Strickland describes The Sisters of Mary as “a microcosm of what the Church needs to do in our culture.”
No money received through direct contributions will be used for my personal expenses, not even my electricity or internet bills. As Proverbs 15:27 reminds us, “He who is greedy for unjust gain brings trouble on his household.”
If you are in a state of grace, share my commitment to promoting a balanced Catholic position, and are able to offer some financial support, I would be sincerely grateful for any contribution, no matter how small. You may send your contribution via paypal.me/epistles.
This request will remain at the top of the blog only until November 30, 2026. After that date, the PayPal links will be deactivated. I will post updates in the comments on any contributions received and how the funds are used, even if no contributions are received.
Thank you for your support and prayers. May God bless us all.
Sincerely,
Jonel Esto
