About The Hermit: The Priest Who Saved a Soul, a Marriage, and a Family
The Hermit: The Priest Who Saved a Soul, a Marriage, and a Family by Kevin Wells is a moving memoir of faith, healing, and redemption. Set during the isolation of 2020, it recounts how Father Martin Flum, a parish priest turned hermit, helped rescue Wells’ wife, Krista, from addiction and deep emotional wounds. Through honest reflections on suffering, marriage, and grace, Wells reveals how God worked through a holy priest to restore hope to a struggling family. Blending personal testimony with profound spiritual insight, the book celebrates the transformative power of sacramental marriage, priestly guidance, and God’s mercy in the darkest moments.
