In 1948, Our Lady reportedly appeared in Lipa, Batangas as the Mediatrix of All Grace. Archbishop Arguelles later approved the apparition, citing evidence of coercion behind the original rejection. Despite the Church’s continued negative stance, devotees have long called for a full, transparent investigation. Faithful Catholics have no other rightful side but to support the apparitions and their message.
